UPDATE: The two NASA briefings I digitized have found a permanent home on NASA's Hubble Space Telescope Website, HUBBLESITE.ORG!
In fact, NASA has made space on HUBBLESITE for ALL of the Comet Impact Briefing tapes!
Now we no longer have to depend on YouTube to preserve that little piece of history! :)
